Transportation Arrangement
To ensure a comfortable and safety travel for our patients and clients, MedAsia Healthcare Complex can arrange pick up service from the moment you arrived at the airport. We do have “Meet and Greet VIP Service” especially for the patients who are visiting Thailand for the first time and for disabled patients. This service provides an extensive assistance from the gate where you are going to arrive going to the immigration up to the parking lot where a pick-up service is waiting for you to bring you to your hotel. We arrange several pick up services from airport to the hotel or from hotel going to your medical appointment at MedAsia Healthcare Complex.

The pickup service is offered as a value added service exclusively for our dental clients from/to Suvannaphumi int'l airport to your hotels in Bangkok downtown under the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations
    All reservations have to be made directly through E-mail at least 7 days before arrival.

2. Confirmation
    You will be notified by email or fax after submitting your request for this service. The confirmation email / fax has to be presented to the car driver when you arrive. Sending us your pictures is recommended.

3. Payment
    The payment will be collected, with either paypal or credit cards in advance when you make the confirmation.

4. Meeting point
    The driver will meet you at the meeting point at Suvannaphumi int'l airport.

5. Cancellations
    Cancellation have to be made by email at least 5 days in advance, and the payment will be returned to you (after paypal or credit card charge)

*Arrival Hall* Whether you are taking Exit B or Exit C, please Turn Right and direct to GATE 4. The driver will wait for you with your sign-board name there. Once we find you, we will direct you to the Transfer point.
