Our concierge team plays a unique role to help patients and clients with daily needs that may otherwise be difficult to meet in a medical setting. Our concierge team serves as the link between patients and private services to provide additional amenities, arrangements for patients’ documents in regards to passports, visas extension, insurance claim, etc. They are the ones who organize the patients’ itinerary for activities and leisure, providing general information, giving directions and acts as travel guidance for leisure and activities apart from medical treatment. They are also helpful in making recommendations and providing patients with special services that go above and beyond their medical care.
