MedAsia Healthcare Complex is a place where all aspects of people’s needs including psychological, physical and social were taken into account and seen as a whole. Our concept is that the person is complete when he/ she have physical, mental and spiritual optimization and integration. The concept is based on three aspects that make people well. These aspects include the Body, Mind and Soul.

Theory of Wellness

We understand that people put a tremendous amount of trust in the individuals who have the privilege of being a component in their health and over-all well being. Med-Asia focuses on healing the whole person. We focus on all aspects of a person’s life from emotional, physical and spiritual healing. The Mind, Body and Soul is necessary to live a happy and fulfilled life. The three are interconnected and a weakness or imbalance in one of these aspects is a danger to others.

  • MIND- Cognitive Process (Thinking Pattern). It is the ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interaction and community betterment. The desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and new challenges in pursuit of lifelong learning.
  • BODY- Physical Well Being (Past and current physical health). The ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get trough our daily activities without undue fatigue and stress. The ability to recognize that our behaviors have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits while avoiding destructive habits will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.
  • SOUL- Inner Harmony/ Peace (Mental and emotional feeling). The ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring. Also, it is the ability to established peace and harmony in our lives. It is the process to develop congruency between values and actions and to realize a common purpose that binds creation together.
Categories of Distress:
  • Mind Only- Thinking Process is fine BUT not the Body and Soul. (A person might think logical but suffering from emotional stress and anxiety).
  • Body Only- Physical health is fine BUT not the mind and soul. (A person might be physically fit but cannot make a good judgment & reasoning and also under stress).
  • Soul Only- Emotionally fine BUT not in Body and Mind. (Emotion might be stable but suffering from some body illness and confusion).
  • Mind and Soul is fine BUT not in Body- Cognitive and Spiritually fine but the body is traumatized or have some kind of disease.
  • Body and Soul is fine BUT not the Mind- Physically fit and emotional stable but the mind might be suffering from a cognitive trauma.
If all these three aspects were aligned, the ultimate state Well Being which will lead to positive thinking, mental satisfaction and a strong and healthy body will lead to a person’s wellness.

1. Constitute a Consultation - to determine what is best for you. Our therapists will work with you one at a time to tailor a program that is best suitable for your need.
2. Constitute Test and Measurement - these steps are done to determine the level of your wellness and understanding in your body as a whole. From the result of the tests, we can determine which part of body you have that we need to focus more on the treatment.
3. Constitute the Treatment Programs - In this step, we will enroll you on the treatment plan to focus on what treatment is best for you to achieve the level of wellness.
